Aims and Scope

Established in January 2014 within the European domain, ELP is dedicated to exploring a comprehensive spectrum of subjects encompassing economics, law, and politics. The European Journal of Economics, Law, and Politics is steadfast in its mission to disseminate research articles and literature reviews. The editorial board of ELP comprises a network of experts affiliated with ESI’s activities, conference participants, or authors who have previously contributed to the journal.

Our journal is committed to conducting a thorough peer-review process within a reasonable timeframe. At ELP, we succeed to provide a prompt initial screening of the papers and assignment of adequate reviewers. Each paper undergoes review by a minimum of two editor-recommended reviewers.

As a peer-reviewed and open-access publication, the European Journal of Economics, Law, and Politics (ELP) publishes manuscripts in English, utilizing a single-blind and open peer-review model. In the latter, reviewers are aware of the authors’ identities, while the authors may not necessarily know the identities of the reviewers. ELP remains dedicated to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and employs every possible measure to prevent publication malpractices. While ELP was initially published quarterly until 2022, it has transitioned to a bi-annual schedule, releasing new editions in March and October.
